Logistics division
From customs clearing
to final shipping.
Customs clearing, freight forwarding, road freight, cross-border transportation, container movement and shipping coordination — we handle the full logistics chain, not just the trucking in the middle of it.
Full-scope logistics
Clearing, forwarding, freight & shipping
Our Logistics Division isn't built around one route or one step in the chain. We handle whatever a shipment needs — from customs clearing and documentation through to freight movement and final shipping — matching each cargo to the right process for where it actually needs to go.

Customs clearing & forwarding
Managing clearing, documentation and forwarding so cargo keeps moving without delay at borders and ports.

Regional logistics
Road freight and cross-border transportation across Southern Africa, connecting mines, loading points, warehouses and border posts throughout the region.

International logistics
Container and freight movement beyond the region, coordinated through our transport-partner network and port-handling processes.

Shipping & port coordination
Coordinating the final leg — port handover, shipping documentation and delivery confirmation.
Zimbabwe customs clearance
Clearance at the border
Commercial clearance at Zimbabwe's major entry points — clearing agents, freight queues, customs control, and the documentation handoffs that get a consignment released and moving again.

Documentation before release
Commercial clearance in Zimbabwe involves the Bill of Entry, invoices, consignment notes, freight statements and other supporting documents before cargo can be released.
Inspection, assessment & release
Trucks proceed through inspection, weighing and customs-control stages before release and onward movement. Delays at this point are the single biggest variable in a cross-border transit time.
Road freight
Cargo movement between every point on the chain

We coordinate the movement of cargo between mines, loading points, warehouses, border posts and ports — matching each shipment with the right vehicle and route for the cargo type and destination.
- 01Mine and loading point collection
- 02Warehouse-to-warehouse transfers
- 03Regional border post and international port delivery
Flagship corridor
The Zimbabwe – Beira corridor
Our logistics capability covers regional freight across Southern Africa and international movement beyond it. The corridor below is our most established route — a working example of how we operate one end to end, not the limit of where we go.
- 01ZimbabweOrigin
- 02Forbes / MachipandaBorder post
- 03MozambiqueTransit
- 04BeiraPort delivery
Additional regional and international routes are coordinated on request.

Trucking coordination
Reliable capacity through a vetted partner network
Nyikavaranda Resources coordinates trucking capacity through a network of vetted transport partners, rather than presenting the company as an owner-operator fleet. This gives clients access to flexible, scalable capacity, backed by a structured allocation and monitoring process on our side.
Our partner network is being formalised into a controlled transport-partner database — moving coordination away from informal channels and into a consistent, auditable process.
