Mining division

Mining operations built on
direct involvement.

From exploration through to trading, our Mining Division is involved in the mineral sector as an operator and partner — with a current focus on chrome, lithium and quartz.

Mining operations

Exploration → processing → trading → partnerships

Our involvement spans four connected areas. We only describe activities we actually perform or are actively developing.

Exploration

We assess and pursue mining opportunities across Zimbabwe, working to identify viable mineral deposits and evaluate them against operational and commercial criteria before committing to development.

  • Identification and evaluation of mining opportunities
  • Site and resource assessment ahead of project commitment
  • Coordination with landholders and regulatory processes

Mineral processing

Where projects require it, we coordinate mineral processing steps to prepare output for trading and transport — working with the appropriate facilities and processing partners rather than presenting capability we do not have in-house.

  • Coordination of processing for project output
  • Quality and volume checks ahead of onward sale or transport

Mineral trading

We engage in mineral sourcing and trading, connecting mineral output to buyers and onward logistics — supported directly by our own Logistics Division for transport to border and port.

  • Mineral sourcing from producers and partner sites
  • Coordination between mineral sale and cargo transport

Strategic partnerships

We work with landholders, producers and processing partners on mining opportunities, and are open to structured partnerships that align with our operational strengths in logistics and market access.

  • Joint mining ventures and off-take style arrangements
  • Logistics-backed partnerships from mine to port

Mineral focus

What we work with

01

Chrome

Our primary current mineral focus, in line with Zimbabwe's position as a major chrome-producing region.

02

Lithium

Sourced and traded in line with Zimbabwe's position as Africa's leading lithium producer, as demand for battery-grade material continues to grow.

03

Quartz

Sourced and traded for industrial applications, from glass and foundry use through to silicon feedstock.

Mineral logistics

Every mineral we source or trade is backed by our own Logistics Division for onward transport — regionally or internationally.
