Projects & operations
How we work,
and what we've delivered.
A transparent look at our operational process, and a portfolio of the mining and logistics projects we've taken on.
How it works
From booking to delivery
Every shipment follows the same structured process — so clients know exactly what to expect at each stage.
- 01
Picking Container
NR allocates a transport partner from its vetted network and the truck collects the empty container from the depot or nominated point.
- 02
Enroute Loading Point
The truck runs to the mine, siding or warehouse where the cargo is waiting, with the driver and rig details recorded before it sets off.
- 03
Loading point
The truck arrives at the loading point and joins the queue. Delays here are visible to the team rather than discovered later.
- 04
Loaded
Cargo is loaded and weighed, seal numbers are recorded, and the truck departs for the border. Net weight is captured against the container.
- 05
Border
The load reaches the border post. Documentation, customs clearing and forwarding are handled here, and the truck is tracked while it waits.
- 06
Crossed Border
Cleared and through. The truck runs the Mozambican leg of the corridor toward the port or the consignee.
- 07
Offloading Point
The truck arrives at the port terminal or the receiving site and is booked in for offloading.
- 08
Offloaded
Cargo is offloaded and handed over — to the vessel for its onward place of delivery, or to the consignee. Confirmation is issued to the client.
